I used to always give books as a gift. Really tough Russian literature with a lot of heavy themes about war and crime and social inequality. That’s why I was voted ‘Least favorite Uncle’ by my five nieces and nephews. But I don’t care because I do look like a pretentious ass and that’s exactly what I was aiming for.
